Description
The M5 is a fixed blade knife, born to be very easy to wear while still being very reliable for every outdoor and camp usage because of its large blade.
The M5 is equipped with a Sleipner steel blade, which is available either satin finished or black with PVD and stone washed treatment, and it is manufactured with three different handles: olive wood, Santos wood, black G10, green canvas. The handle is fixed with stainless steel Torx T8 screws.
The M5 is suitable for a variety of camp usages, cutting branches or processing food for instance. Its average dimensions and reduced weight make this knife an excellent all-around tool that is ideal in every outdoor activity.
The M5 is designed by Molletta and it is supplied with a leather sheath for the wooden models, and with a Cordura sheath for the G10 and Canvas models.

GRuggs! A Shenanigan and an old timer toothpick folder. Hey it is slicy and has a good grip cause no noticable slippage while working with raw meat. Really like both formats inddors and put though I know NY weather means far colder than say Florida and Scab.

Unfortunately no. One is a full tang. The other is a wrap around Micarta handle on a thin tang.

Trying to show the possibility of the knife in a camp environment. I was in the kitchen because I am old and hate the cold weather. It was freezing outside and I have health issues. Did you or did you not appreciate the video? What are you a chef? Cause I can do anything with with this knife in the kitchen. You have videos showing out door use of this knife? I would love to see it…. I will wait for an answer.

The knife is too short for this type of cutting. A 6" blade such as SRK (though not the slickest knife) would perform much better.

I don't think so because the spine is nicley rounded off. In an emergency situation i personally woud use the choil/blade area. I have not tested it. The sheath does have a pouch. Could store a ferro rod scraper.
