The smaller version of the attachment looks like it does the job quite well. Was thinking about your tailstock support. If you have a center in your gear cutter arbor, maybe a 1/2 inch rod with a center tuned on the end held in the tailstock chuck with some high pressure lube would work. Thanks for sharing. Joe
