You don't need to cut your losses quickly, your STOP will do it automatically for you. You make the trade and your STOP gets you out of the trade. When the price moves in your favor, you move your STOP to break-even.

It means that your Profit Factor will always remain high. In addition to that, your ave dollar P/L or your ave cents per share P/L or your ave % P/L will always look good. One big loss will mess up all your averages. Your profit factor NEVER lies!!!

Are there really anyone that cuts losses the second the trade goes against you? If you backtest once or twice you will notice it is quite unusual that your winners go straight in to profit.
