Why a crossbred cow rather than a British Friesian for a grass based system, wouldnt you have a better calf and Cull cow?

We changed from that system when we took over the farm in 2011. Better milk solids, less inputs. Hybrid vigor for all the walking they have to do. Joe explained on the bonus video “why we are the way we are” 2 months ago if you give that a watch
