Cutting a Straight Pull Nail Nick in a Folder Blade

That's crazy, I legit JUST finished a nail knick and I used a Dremel EZ Lock cutting disc and mandrel fitted to my drill press and was thinking, "I'll check KZbin and see how someone else does it"😅

You make good very looking slipjoints , nice fit and finish......but the look of the nailnick is not really the best. Why not just use a small swallowtail/dovetail endmill ??....they are really not that expensive , and give a much cleaner looking nailnick.

Great feedback. Thank you. Believe it or not, a lot of people prefer the straight pull. I do them both ways. Someone asked how to do a straight pull, which is why I made this video.
