Hey man, just watched all the vids on your channel in one session and I have to say a massive well done. Seeing your skill/tools/confidence grow over the episodes is amazing. This is another great video and the end product of the chopping board looks so professional. Really wish you all the best moving this channel forward and if I ever make a channel one day, I’ll know who to thank as my work shop is only a tiny space too. 👍🏻

Great video. A chopping board is one project I want to try. Just finished building myself a workbench from scrap 2×4 and pallet wood for the top. Total beginner, so little steps first, then work my way up, to better wood and see how I go.

Nice Mark, great way to use up scrap wood and pallet wood, and gives you somewhere solid to work from 💪 do you have any photos of the finished bench, I’d love to see it! My email is on my bio if you want to send it over :) good luck with the chopping board and thanks for the kind words!

Great looking chopping board mate. I really enjoyed this video, I feel like we think in similar ways when it comes to our projects. As a 'developing' woodworker I like that you include the challenging bits and issues. Maybe a flip top cart for the table saw and thicknesser?

Thanks pal - I think the same too! I’m considering a flip top bench that will have the planer and a spare for a future mitre saw as the flip parts, just looking at different methods now!

That chopping board looks amazing! What a cracking gift! Customisation would be good if you had a laser but the simplicity on this one makes it 🔥
