There's a case similar to this one eMpafane outside Mthatha but he keeps getting released from prison because he is mentally ill and kuthiwa prisons don't detain people who are mentally ill. They release him back into society instead of sending him to a mental institution or somewhere where they can get help. He has killed two people and continues to terrorise his family nabantu baselalini yakhe. If anyone knows how this family can be helped please let me know.
