As usual, a good, short video to show how its done with gladd/vitreous. I love my seabells too - no flying bits anymore. Especially when trying to cut smaller pieces as you are here. New gloves? So unblemished and a nice snug fit. Sadly, I cannot get a snug fit like that. Baggy and saggy. Story of my aging life! 🙂

Thanks so very much Wendy. The gloves aren't new but I haven't worn them a lot they are just garden gloves with a leather type material on the palm. I love my proper glass gloves but they grip really well so turning tiles to nip in a circle is not as easy going. LOL@ Baggy and Saggy. Appreciate the comment and thanks for watching. 🙂

Do the tiny pieces that you want to use ever fly across the room? The pieces you cut seem to behave very well and just fall into your hand. Always enjoy your videos. Informative and interesting. I do stained glass and while interested I’ve never tried mosaic but I want to. I’d like to tile my bathroom floor with a decorative rectangular section in front of the shower with flowers and leaves.

Thankyou very much. The nippers that I used in the video stop most of the shards from flying everywhere, they are an awesome nipper lightweight and comfortable. Most nippers in the marketplace the shards fly everywhere. Tiling the floor in your bathroom with your own design sounds awesome and quite a large project, your design skills will come in handy.
