Cutting grass with old Toro Groundsmaster 223-D

Year model 1997 Stiga Park is trying to retire by blowing its engine... -Toro is there to fix the situation ;) Circuling around of at least 100 garden bushes and swimming in a mud ditch. Serious amount of dandelions were harmed during filming this! -So sad :D

I have the 228 d the 30242 model i love it i have the 72 inch cut it plows through grass it is the 4wd model

I have also another newer unit with 4wd. That is absolute enjoyment for cutting grass! You can go in to guite bad places with it and even come back... This 2wd is easily getting stuck in wet conditions

Your need to watch the belt pulleys as if they stop or slow down it will burn the belt off

This is an older video of this unit and I have been doing a lot of renovations for the cutting unit... This has tapered roller bearings so had to replace them too... So far done it twice 🤣🤷

It was take in to use 1995 by the city of Pori. I bought it from them couple of years ago as well used unit ;)

Should never add gas while engine is running. Good why you stir up trash in your tank and clog your fuel filter

Never had that kind of problem with fuelfilters. They should be changed before coming glogged and Machine sure vibrates and splashes the fuel inside the tank much more then is due To pouring New In 🙂
