The plaintiff says she agreed to co-sign a loan with the defendant to bring her home up to code, but the defendant backed out and got a reverse mortgage. She’s suing for the fees she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff is her caregiver and she’s an opportunistic scammer who was already paid.
