The plaintiff says her parents bought tickets for her and the defendant to see Drake in concert. The plaintiff says she paid for the defendant’s ticket, a shirt at the concert, and dinner at Applebee’s but has not been paid back. She’s suing for unpaid debt and car damages. The defendant says she doesn’t owe the plaintiff anything.

Exactly! Judge Judy always says "when you tell the truth, you don't have to have a good memory." The plaintiff left out details because she was trying to tell a lie. Like when she said she gave the defendant cash, then the defendant went to western union and wired herself money out of the plaintiff's bank. But you gave her cash.....? Then then plaintiff went back to add the detail about "I went to the restroom and handed the defendant my purse." Like I know why she left that part out. She left it out because that didn't happen. She forgot to add it to her lie.

The entitlement is strong in that one. I had a "friend" ask me if I could rent a vehicle for him. I was actually stupid enough to think he would pay me back as I told him I needed my money back if I do this for him. Swore up and down it was no problem. Never saw a dime or him again. Still, I count my blessings. The vehicle was returned to the rental place the next day and I didn't have any additional fees. I'm glad he didn't ream me or have an accident because it would have been on me to pay. I chalked it up and figured that it cost me $150 to rid myself of him forever. Folks NEVER let anyone use your credit or pay for them. If they don't have the money, there is nothing you can do for them. They just won't get whatever it was they wanted. And so it goes.

They are both trash. The defendant is the worst kind of person to help out. When it’s time to pay back they act like you’re the bad guy for wanting your money back. Plaintiff really tried it with that lie about she stole money. You already have a solid case for what you’re owed but now you wanna be greedy and boldface lie? I wouldn’t have listened to anything she had to say after that. She would’ve lost out on what was owed for perjury.
@uts4448
@uts4448 5 ай бұрын
I said the exact same thing! The plaintiff started the case off with a lie. She didn't get her story straight and left out the important detail about giving the defendant her clutch so she could use the restroom. When people lie, they usually don't get their stories straight or they leave out details. Which is why, when you tell the truth you don't have to have a good memory. So yes. How can I believe the plaintiff after that big lie? She lied under oath. I would've assumed anything she said to me was a lie unless she had evidence. But it would've never got to that point because I would've already dismissed her case after that lie. Don't lie to me and expect me to help you.

True story... When I was young a friend of mine bought tickets to a Pat Benatar concert for him and this girl he wanted to take. She back out at the last moment, so now he's stuck with this extra ticket. He asked me to go, which I meant buying the extra ticket. I didn't want to go; although I'm a huge fan of hers. I reluctantly agree to go. Keep in mind none of this is made up. We getting ready to go to the event. He was driven. We hopped in his car and his car wouldn't start. It decided that night to break down! I was okay with it because I didn't want to go in the first place! Two day's later he asked me for the ticket money. I was like, WTF!!! I'm not giving you any money for a concert ticket, I didn't want to go in the first place; plus your car prevent us from attending. We went back and forth for weeks on this, and it didn't help that we worked at the same company. It was bad, very bad! Another friend of ours approached me and said I was wrong! Once again WTF! He was right, once I agree to go and take the ticket off his hands, it was my ticket! That's all it took was someone sitting down with me and laying it out. No yes, men's, no family members supporting my wrongdoing, just a natural bystander and the truth!
