Huge improvement; better shape, better flow, fewer parts, fewer seams. With a coat of light gray primer, it will show you where it wants a few relief cuts to smooth whatever weirdness is still hanging out in the corners.

Yes Sir, that car just keeps getting better and better. From the side profile view it reminds me of the famous 1941 Ford Willys cars that everyone and their brother wants to own. Beautiful work so far. I think you just like to weld, ha, ha. Yes, I know it's your hobby, your favorite thing to do and it does not seam like work to you when you are doing it, that's why you do do overs when some people would not, but you want it to look like the car that's in your vision and you will not settle for anything less. Great video and take care.

Hi Brent, JayCee from Maine. I'm the one that remembered the 50 section job and pancaked trunk lid. You just offered up a master class on how to keep the radii on the 49/50 trunk lid and pancake it enough to bring it more in line with the beautiful slope of the quarters and possibly lose the bulbous looking bubble butt, thank you very much. BTW plastic surgeons angle their scalpels 45 degrees on their cuts so there is no scarring when the cut is healed.

That roof has looked off since the rear section was leaned frontwards, causing so much extra work and rework. But this video sorts out so much and proves that perseverance pays off. You show that it's OK to take steps backwards to move big steps forwards. One of your best videos yet.

things to say here... 1. Hi Pablo you cute ol' puppy 2. great job on this much better transforming body work 3. When you get done, I would call that Hot rod "Frankenstein Coop" because of all them parts from everywhere... lol, but true. 4. on your trunk project, would you create some kind of trunk brackets that connects to door hitches forming it downwards, that way it can hold your cross frame (sideways) equals all sturdy when you open and close.
