Hi Sam hope your well. You should do a video on all the pocket checkers there's not many on KZbin that go straight to the point and straight forward like you have👍 I suppose everyone has there ways of doing it tho. I turn it into ppm then do the calculation. 0.029 x 3.29 = 0.09541

This isn’t the correct method at the C2 point, you press and hold the button in for the final reading when the tube is inserted after the powder is mixed and the cap closed. You pressed and started the reading without the tube being in place.

It does not matter that the tube is not inserted when you press and hold C2, the reading is only taken when the counter is finished, only at this point does the tube need to have been inserted :) As explained in the video, after holding C2 it shows 0:14, which is a 14 minute counter.
