Steve (@SteveSmithSr) and Coley (@ColeyMick) dissect the game of the electric Malik Nabers out of LSU. Agent 89 compares Nabers' game to Picasso with his fluid route running ability along with his thoughts on where Nabers can play on the NFL field.

Respect for his play sure, but it's hard to respect Steve Smith as a man. Don't forget, Smith was suspended for 2 games in 2008 after he sucker-punched Ken Lucas, a teammate, breaking his nose and bloodying his eye. He also broke Anthony Bright's nose in 2002 during a film session.

@@doctorfresh3856it’s multiple years of him putting up garbage on tape, QJ will never be a great NFL WR. If the Chargers get him to be a serviceable WR3, I guess that’s a good enough win but for a first round wideout especially with other great players available, it’s a huge flop.
@doctorfresh3856
@doctorfresh3856 Ай бұрын
@@paranoia_xo You have to give players chance to develop and grow. Rome wasn't built in a day. Even Marvin Harrison SENIOR struggled his first THREE years. One year(and sometimes even two) is not enough time to develop a player. Aaron Rodgers sat behind Farve for two years. Peyton Mannings first year was terrible. Andrew Luck's first TWO years where pedestrian at best. We live in this instant gratification society where everything has to pan out now. What is it going to do for Quinton Johnson's confidence if you draft a guy to replace him right away?

Thank you for all you do with your videos. I love your analysis. To be honest, I don’t know how to study a WR’s film the way you do. I don’t understand the foot placement, the route tree, the way to catch with the hands Vs body. I have begun to understand some of these through your film analysis, and I love it. You are doing the football community a great service. Saying that, your review of QJ last year was extremely helpful. You mentioned that he doesn’t drop his hips which kept him from being a top 10 pick. We knew he was gonna need some work to get there. Keep up the great work, love your show.

Allen still plays like a monster even given his age one more contract extension for him seems likely. I’d get rid of Mike will if you can get nabers, Mike is too injury prone. Plus if you can get Allen for even just 3 more years you’d pair him with Nabers, and in the future you can probably find another stud receiver in the draft again.

I think articulating when evaluating talent is tough. When you have an eye for talent, it's just a skill that you can see and is hard to articulate it to others that don't see it. So people will try to understand it and will take it their way not the way the person is evaluating the talent.

The process Steve mentioned for developing players is what I'm starting to see from the Lions.
