BTJ is an athletic freak at that size, smooth burner speed, good deep ball tracking. Shifty enough on cuts and lateral quickness to make defenders miss, high points the football from his basketball background. Needs some work on route running nuances and on releases vs press but he has the potential to be a top 10 WR.

It’s their job to know who the player is and they don’t want to risk their jobs on an unknown quantity. Almost exclusively, people don’t get in trouble for saying no. Being wrong on a no is usually forgiven or forgotten way easier than being wrong on a yes, even in equal measure.

It’s called fitting the offensive playbook and if he’s lining up as x y z or h-back route tree is different from all position he was needed where he was at because of the talent on LSU he is also speaking on potential of the receiver. Adams came and worked his way into being a top 3 route runner in the league come on man apply common sense that’s all you have to do 💯
