I use TOS too but when I trade OTC stocks my level 2 just says “OTC Other” and no market makers are shown ?

Me too...when the order flow is slowing down/ you see multiple orders at same price are coming in you submit your order at some ticks off or what is it? Please explain. Thanks!

Basically the ASK is heavy and the BID is light. Some examples of this: at 3:27 pause the vid, see how the BID - left column has 1 order at 6.33, another at 6.31, another at 6.30, lots of different descending orders with some holes in the price (i.e there's no 6.32 order and nothing between 6.29 and 6.23). That's a weak or light BID and price is plummeting. Now look at the ASK - right column. It's just full of 6.34 orders, that's a heavy ask, lots of different people are desperate to get out immediately. That's panic. Fast forward to 4:29 and pause it there. Look at the BID and ASK. Same thing. BID is still descending in price offers and contains holes whilst the ASK is stacked with people at 5.84, just 1 tick above the highest BID at 5.83, they're still desperate to get out. At 5:55 - 6:30 notice how the BID starts to stabilise and suddenly there are multiple 5.25 bids, a whole bunch of people that are willing to buy thinking it's oversold and that get's other potential dip buyers interested which can allow for a sudden upward surge / bounce.
