Ortiz has a lower ceiling, where their tag-team were pretty much at and it wasn't going to get much better than that. Santana can go a bit higher than that, but I think both he and AEW fans are overestimating that potential. He's never going to be The Rock or Austin.

The thing was they were getting a lot of T.V. time, whether it was a part of the inner circle or with Kingston, I think the issue as he said which I can see both sides he wanted more for not just himself but them as a team which like you said is understandable but also Ortiz was comfortable getting T.V. time and having a paycheck, which is also understandable.
@jimbowlan58045 ай бұрын
@Onimusha66 some people are wired differently some people get content quickly some want more nothing wrong with being content I think Ortiz didn’t want to rock the boat and possible lose work possibly it’s only human to have that thought play out in your mind especially in the wrestling business I get hit they’d been busting ass for 10 years and now your making good money I get it
@Onimusha665 ай бұрын
@jimbowlan5804 Couldn't agree more. You also gotta think how much he gets paid. Tony could be paying him good, and if he goes somewhere else, we don't know how much they will pay him and what their budget is, and even if they will hire him, like I said I see both sides and neither is wrong in their stance on what they wanted.
