Had some old potatoes so I decided to try this out. Result: * Had to use bacon, it worked fine. * Old potatoes are dried, had to add water, quite a lot of water. * Cheated with the kneeding so I did not activete the gluten and some flour boiled away. * Palt coma achieved.

If you want fried palt, boil the for a little over 40 minutes then either put them in the deep fryer for two mintues, or fry the outside on high heat in a pan until the outside is golden brown.
