Anyone trying to figure out what liquid baby/daddy moomoo is? Here is what it got. Fond is the roasted bits at the bottom of a pan that you would deglaze at the bottom of a pan with water, stock, wine, or broth. With the fond and liquid you make a pan sauce. Baby moomoo is veal and daddy moomoo is beef broth. The stuff that Robert is basically water, salt, tomatoes, and veal bits. In short just add some beef stock or broth as a replacement.
