I wanted to add that I didn't have to do anything with the carb, strictly bolt on, and it seems perfect, including the idle.

looks solid. i found some tracks for a good price used. also got a engine and converter lined up. going to make mine a little longer and go more for torque than speed but looks like you got yours moving! what gear ratio are you running now?

I think it's like a 3.70 or so as I recall. I would have to count the sprocket teeth and run it through the online calculator again. What kind of tracks, size, pitch, etc. did you find?

cwzwartewoude i don't know i aaked around and a friend said he had some off of a mini excavator. they are 8in wide and 5.5 to 6ft long.
