Honestly at the end of this story when the Cybermen were ambushed by the Android fleet, I was half expecting it to be the Dalek fleet (in order to connect to the standalone Dalek series: Dalek Empire). Still I wish there was more of the Cybermen series

Come to think of it, the invasion/cybus voice on the proto earthshock heads is kinda off, that emotional humanoid voice really stands out on the 80s guys

It is said that the 80s cyberneomorphs were a collaboration between the tomb cybermen and the revenge/invasion ones, it honestly looks like a perfect hybrid in concept both your design and the shows. I like the idea of keeping the teardrop, wander why they got rid of it? Is this your own original stuff?
