Hello I am glad I searched and found this channel on Utube. I feel many of us do not have a clue as to speaking up for ourselves and just take the landlord or manager word for being the truth, I know I did and got screwed for not making a paper trail of certain allegations served to me until I got a Lil starter and started documenting and not speaking about issues in person . Hi, I love your videos and advice. I live in Morganton nc and have lived here for 7 years. I recently moved my sister in to help me after the landlord agreed and drew up another lease for her. This house is falling apart and full of mold. I have complained for 4 years about the roof leaking and he finally put on a new roof BUT did nothing inside of the house. And now he wants me out with not a reasonable reason. He always says that he can't find nobody because no one wants to work. Please help me

Hi, i have watched two of your videos and don't know how to ask for help. My roommate and i are both developmental disabled single women who are being priced out of our rental home here in Lawrenceville Georgia. We called the state but i feel we just spin our wheels with no helpful resolve to our issue. We each live off food stamps and SSI disability at $841 per person,per month. It's no longer enough to sustain. Could you somehow help us relocate to subsidized housing either here or a recommended state. We have no money for buses and don't own a vehicle of any sorts and neither of us never flew in a plane. If you need further details,I'd be happy to give it. Any help would be much appreciated.
