i could use your help, both my husband and i have disabilities and since my heart attack i havent een able to thin straight. i am trying not to lose our house, we have paid 80,000 dollars on it so far and only owe 10,000 but our taxes are behind since we became disabled we havent been able to afford it. however we have been paying 150 a month towards it... can you help us?

I'm on section 8 and trying to move to a house. Me and my 32yr old autistic twins are in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. My voucher for 4 yrs says 2 bedroom but I'm in a 3. I don't understand why they can't see it in my records.

Id love to see a video specifically about porting into a Homeownership program. Im trying to port to a housing authority about 20 min from my current housing authority but the timing is confusing. My current housing authority wont send porting information until 30 days before i intend to vacate. The housing authority with the homeownership program allows me to directly port into thier program but i cant start searching for a home untill they receive my porting information. 1 month isnt long enough to search, find and close on a house. Where is my family supposed to live during that time? Also im NACA qualified and just got to the home search stage of thier program.

What if you're on the waiting list for the home ownership program in your current city/state, however, the state you wish to port to, is open with available housing, can you still port?

Chicopee authority housing. My 79 year old mom gets a 12 cent check every year for her security deposit interest. She is hospital not doing well. Mold and her carpet is so dirty. Is it legal to make her pay for the carpet to be cleaned? 14 years living in this apartment? Dream of mine to own my own house. I want to get my p real estate license I know a lot about it already.. landlord tenant rights believe me I know. Lots of grants for buying and flipping a house.. Actually grants for repairs and free solar panels. Gotta speak to you. I have a question about something private... I'm 60 Never had an issue with renting a place. Not anymore.. I want my own house, I love to take classes on section 8 landlord to have a 2 family. Talk about my credit score it's wrong.. my identification was taken..
