Btw you can get this car during the first Epistrophy quest from Delamain fairly early in the game

Yes, you can buy it from the autofixer , tick autofixer on the map and go to the terminal, its under (Others) category and costs 150k eds.

You have to do the meeting with Takemura first.

The USA is the largest console market due to India and China's restrictive gaming laws and Americans have more disposable income to spend on a hobby like gaming. Also due to those two things mobile gaming is far more popular in China and India and not console gaming.
