The light is called the Target Corona and there is a conversion kit coming back in stock very soon to use it with Soft Tip Dartboards. The phone holder is apart of the Target MOD system (definitely not intended for our set up - we're just being lazy and jimmy rigging it there it's not steady lol)

What type are the panels behind the board?

They are just adhesive wall tiles that we got online! Help a little with sound dampening, but we mostly got them just to have a nice branded background lol
