Same here man. The first one gives great "sleazy ass club where ne'er do wells hang out." But this one? I think its the vagueness of its purpose. We've all driven through a town, big or small, seen a building and wonder "what is the point of that thing?" The brutalist style certainly helps

Not using actual letters makes sense - especially if it's for a game like StarGrave or 5 Parsecs. Could also look up Korean or Kanji symbols and go with that.
