Now follow basically the same process but do it with sheet metal and appropriate tools for shaping sheet metal and you'll have a pretty close design process to what I did for my stainless armor you saw at maker faire. Great work Bob! I'm working on some steampunk cyborg costume ideas out here in Portland also.

I'd usually make a costume for a girl friend of mine, take her to a Halloween party, and people would try to guess what she was, they would be all annoyed when I would just say " I made it up." ha ha.
