Yet another great video! I lost 10 kilos in 8 weeks from riding 40 kilometers everyday, but when uni went back, I kept my mind talk me out of it, the usual excuses "the weather isnt right" "the roads will he to busy" "I dont wanna ride up the big hill" so after all my hard work I gained all the weight I lost back again plus some extra and slipped into depression. I'm back to it now and I'm going to be careful not to give up again! Your videos are helping me to keep motivated and keep healthy.

I first met you doing this exact loop. Such a great and gentle ride. If I have an hour or less, I’ll ride this. I’ve been riding again for almost 12 months and haven’t lost a single kilo...who cares, I love being on my bike

Cycle coaches will tell you that 70% of weight loss is having the right diet. Cycling helps maintain the weight loss but to stop the post ride hunger (the one where you want to raid the fridge) always do a slow cool down for 15 minutes or so.

Yes! I remember it was over by the bridge, near the police barracks 🤩...as long as you haven't lost the love of riding, then everything is always ok 😁👊🚴♂️!
