Cycling All Night | Moors and Wolds 400km Audax

The world is slowly getting back to normal, I signed up for this event early this year and it occurred to me that I have ridden an all event for so long now. In fact I was curious to find out when exactly, and I had to go all the way back to November 2019 when myself Chris Skelhorn attempted to complete the Yorkshire to Essex 600 as a perm that year.
The Moors and Wolds ride started in 2021 at 10.30am with riders setting off at staggered start times, my time for starting would be 10.45am however it was pissing it down with rain at the time - like really heavy so I waited around and by 11am I was off! Only to get 10 minutes down the road and the heavens opened again. As for the rest of the journey you might ask? Mostly dry with a sudden outburst at 2 in the morning after leaving one of the control points at Staxton.
