I've broken both of those. The best trail fix is clear gorilla tape with criss crossed zip ties over top. Got me 6,000 km of off road riding before i fixed them properly. Congrats on Ecuador you're doing great!

No quería verlo porque sufro de nostalgia crónica y aún así nunca olvidaré esos retazos de cultivo en las montañas o esa carretera que bordeaba las montañas con tremendos vacíos para llegar a Angamarca o a la pequeña que me enseñaba palabras en quichua en Simiatug. Nunca olvidaré La sonrisa del guardaparques que me dejó ingresar al cotopaxi para dormir allí y poderlo ver en la madrugada, desnudándose de nubes para poco a poco mostrarme su blanca presencia. Nunca olvidaré, la expresa oscuridad del Rumiñahui, que es al que llamaste Mordor. Nunca olvidaré este hermoso país que alguna vez también fue el mío, fue la misma patria. Take it from someone who probably has less than twenty summers left, try as hard as you can to complete the trip the way you want, even if it does mean borrowing money to do it, because all too quickly your time is over.
