A brilliant day, with a few puffy clouds, and 63 degrees. Similar conditions here in Los Angeles county a good day to ride!

I missed you cycling and cycling myself! I have to invest in a new scooter or bike this year and lights and etc... Just like how you miss older McDonald's design, which I miss a bit too, I miss 2000s cars with bigger front and rear lights. The ones today have really thin and sometimes ugly light designs. 🙃 And that was a mess at 51:30

It looks like he is lost. It's a bad place to be with a big truck. If people only knew they would be more patient but, it's NYC. He looks like he wants to turn around and maybe he knows if he goes down further it won't get better. Ya can't just whip around with a big truck. This will make it to "Bonehead Trucking" for sure. 🙂

Yep, interesting ride! I'm itching to get back out on my e-bike, now the weather's getting warmer 😄 @ActionKid... you mentioned your car-horn bike horn again. I'd like to get one, if you could please let me know what the make and model is? 😇😊

Spring has come not only to us in Europe, but also to the streets of American cities. The sun shines brighter every day and life becomes more fun. In my city in Eastern Europe there are not so many new and expensive cars, but our life is relatively cheaper than in America. In our city you can rent 2-room apartments with a separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet for $ 200 a month and food is much cheaper, but the salaries are also very small. In our country, a salary of $ 500 is considered very prestigious. But I always wanted to go to America, despite the fact that not everything is good in the USA either, the streets are very dirty and many people are homeless. But I still think America is the best country.

I lived on Forbell st and Liberty Ave. City line, Queens was one block over Drew st. The hole was past the north and south conduit , the streets below the level . This was in 1962 , later on the City would add new sewer systems, the manholes were higher then the homes . They would raise the streets higher then the homes . We had family and friends who lived there .

Back in the 80s when I was growin' up in NYC, if you give a thumbs up to someone in appreciation like AK did there, you risked getting shot by a bullet to the head. We lived in constant fear there.

I grew up near that area on Pitkin & Euclid. I remember playing at Linden Plaza when it was under construction in the 70's, and "the Hole" was a dump then but we didn't call it that. I enjoyed the ride there but honestly can't understand why this miserable place is of any interest. Every city in America has it's own version of "The Hole", some worse than others. You're a little weird Actionkid.
