Cool vid, I believe in unweighting the leg for road and Triathlon, but found it tricky to learn to pedal in fluid circles. Scientific studies are changing sports. Tossing out the "lift up" is like tossing out the S-stroke in swimming. The S-stroke covered more distance thus applying effort over a greater stroke distance was better , but finally when studied, failed.

I was surprised when you said ankling was a real technique, because I had already discovered it myself! O.o but very very good advice

Quik question. I brought a sisi ergo 3 but the toe box is too tall for my toes. I feeling like Im not using 100 percent of my upward pull

Excellent videos! Do you have a video on when to change gears? I saw the video on how, but it doesn't cover when. It would be great for beginners. Thanks!

make sure to use the right muscle group on each of the areas of the stroke. the correct technique uses less energy and more efficiency

Today I used ankling for the first time and I can confirm that it gives you more speed, but I could see the heart rate go up considerably immediately.

Would you do a video on proper pedaling while shifting gears? Thanks!

Yes- With pedals you don't clip into you'll only be able to effectively put force into the downstroke. Cheers

In theory it make sense and I did try to pedal with single leg.........however it's just very exhausting, when do your legs recover while being under constant strain? THX
