Unincorporated and incorporated jurisdictions are foreign to one another and do not cross... unless of course, you contract with them. 95% of Americans have been misidentified as corporations,.... that is why the world is the way it is... until we WAKE UP and get back on the Land where we All belong! COVID vaccines would be a moo-point.
