I honestly felt within myself just yesterday, that Iowa State won’t even score. Call it bias, and I do believe ISU is a really good team, but this needs to be where Iowa separates themselves from the good teams as a great team. Maybe elite???

@@Jus-Too-Smoove Iowa will never be an elite team for a few reasons. 1.) Iowa always plays nobody good. For example, Iowa only has one ranked team scheduled all season this year. So, like previous years that Iowa fans know, Iowa always has a record that appears much better than what they actually are. Look at last year for example. Win every game against average or below average opponents by 3-10 points and get out scored 92-0 by AP top 25 ranked teams. Therefore, nobody take Iowa seriously and this is how they obtained the nickname “the fake ID of college football”. 2.) when Iowa does play “elite” teams, the score usually isn’t close. At all.

Iowa State 17 and Iowa 14. Everyone thinks Iowa’s offense is “better” only after one game that wasn’t even a true test lol. Not sure how you can judge an offense for an entire season based on one game. It’s like Iowa fans haven’t really watched football before. It’s comical! This is how the season started for the Hawkeyes last year and we all know how that turned out. 0-92 against ranked teams 🥱. Iowa is always the same. Top 5 easiest schedule in all FBS football this year, only playing one ranked team ALL YEAR, doesn’t play Oregon, Penn State, or Michigan, and then Iowa shits the bed against good teams and gets absolutely blow out. RIP. That’s why Iowa is known as the fake ID of college football year after year.

No they won’t. 2/3 of Cade’s TD passes were not precise or accurate at all. Two 50/50 balls that would have even broken up or picked off by Iowa state’s experienced secondary. Only reason Iowa will win if they do will be because Iowa state is banged up. Already two linebackers out, one defensive lineman, 2 offensive lineman, and that’s not even count ring Abu Sama leaving the game early last week with an ankle injury. Same with Bramer only playing one series last week. Iowa should win with all the inexperience of the Iowa state linebackers and DLs this week.
