Excellent, just what i was looking for. Can i ask doses high pressure fuel pump needs to be removed for head to come off? Also ,whats the torque settings for head bolts. My engine is 1.6tdci ,for engine code t1db. Did you get your cylinder head pressure tested and skimmed. Thank you

Hallo, erstmal gute arbeit, habe das gleiche bei meinen grand picasso 1,6 hdi gemacht, alles soweit richtig nur springt der nicht an dreht nur. Muss ich den kraftstofffilter vorher füllen ? Gepumpt habe ich es scheint das der kein diesel bekommt hmm

You need to bleed the system, ideally with a vac bleeder.

Hi, Part no 2S6Q-6L623-AA. They seal camshaft oil feeds.

Hi we are having problems with our ford transit connect, with the timing settings the belt lost most of the teeth so we have checked the top end of the engine and that was fine except 2 rocker arms which we replaced all and we have set up the timing belt as you have and when we try to start it, it will not and we have noticed at the air filter it blows instead of sucking any advice cheers Dave 👍🏻

Check camshaft. After valve-piston collision in these engines the lobes spun.

Any updates on this issue? I have the same issue car won't start and pops out the intake or turbo, rechecked timing can't be 180° out as timing pins lines up everytime u turn crank 2x rotations.

Hallo meister, hab den selben motor 1,6 hdi 2015 grand picasso, es ist alles neu, zylinderkopfdichtung, agr kühler, kopf wurde abgedrückt geplant, der motor läuft sauber aber baut druck auf im kühlsystem, es sind abgase im kühlwasser. So jetzt weiss ich nicht wo der fehler ist Was meinen Sie ? Viel.geld investiert und alles umsonst hmm scheisse

There is a problem with the cracking block. You need to check the cylinder bores for a small crack close to the top of the cylinder. All the best

Could you tell me, why you decided to remove head? I have the same car and engine, and it's eating some coolant with no leak outside :c That was worn head gasket in your engine too?

Hi. It was pressurizing the cooling system and overheating the engine.
