My mother who owns a handmade shoe buiness called Deeasjer, designed a pair of shoes for Cynthia a few years ago. I remembered seeing her in my dining room once, not knowing anything about her at the time. She had just received a Tony Award for The Colour Purple at the time, and wore my mums shoes to the award show. Its strange seeing how big she's become now, that after all these years she's now ended up in my KZbin feed.
