Being the son of Nebuchadnesser doesn’t need to be literally his son but his ancestor like the Jews being the sons of Abraham

An important part of the story is why the writing appeared on the wall, which ties in to the holy items being returned to the temple.

I think there might be a simpler answer for the Darius question. In the Aramaic, the last verse of Daniel 5 is the first verse of chapter 6. I think that that verse is not the conclusion of the Writing on the Wall story, but rather the beginning of the next story, which takes place 17 years later under Darius the Great.

Probably the creation of the first world empire and the human rights
@MaryamofShomal

The Cyrus Cylinder, or in other words, the way that he ran the empire. The Persian Empire had peoples of different faiths and ethnicities and all were treated equally throughout the empire, no slavery, human rights for all. Compare that with Greeks and Romans, who only bestowed such humanity on themselves, all the while brutalizing and enslaving their foreign subjects throughout their respective empires. It’s no wonder that a replica of the Cyrus Cylinder, the world’s first, oldest charter on human rights, lies in the United Nations building in New York - which had been a gift to the UN by the Shah and the people of Iran. 💚🤍❤️🦁☀️

There are some who want to characterize that the stories of the Bible have errors, BUT it is not so. When the bible speaks of a son of Nebuchadnezzar had his reign at a certain time, understand that in ancient Hebrew, the word grandson did NOT exist then; the grandchildren were called children of the son or only son of so-and-so.

The Cylider text interpretation has been dispute between scholar as it identifies only Mesopotamian Babylonian sanctuaries, and makes no mention of Jewish exiles , Jerusalem, Judea or the rebuilding of a Temple. Nor does it describe anyl policy of a return of exiles but focuses on the return of Babylonian deities to their own home cities. There were no Jews or the word Jew bith in the Bible or antiquity till the 2nd BC when Greek historians began to mention them as a religous community that eventually grew large due to progthylzation in the Palestine - Syria , Arabia and Phoenecia.

I feel this video takes the bible too much at face value, in particular with the Samaritans. It's very important to remember that the bible was very much written as propaganda relevant to its time.

So we can see why the Jews are so anti muslim coz of Nanonidus. Then thru ignorance fail to see the muslim worship of Allah as Hashem but instead incorrectly think its moon worship coz of Arabs origins with Nabonidus?
