I have a semi hard lump approx the size a pencil eraser on my upper right of my testicle it is sore when touch it or rubs on clothing. It doesn't have a head like a pimple would if it was at it's peak. It doesn't seem to be growing but it's not the only one I've had, I've had several. I have had one on my chest about the size of large grape, one on my back that is now gone, one on my bicep that's almost gone and I have a ganglion cyst in the top of my left foot that is extremely painful that I have already talked to my doctor about and plan on having it removed or drained soon. The one that I'm concerned about is this one on my scrotum/testicle. Wondering if I should see a neurologist?

Dr had 2 sonograms 6 months apart cyst 4cm by 2cm behind left testicle in scrotum . Report said cyst with septations & debris I can’t get answers as to what this is exactly. Does sonogram report seem normal in description?

Thanks for watching. I would start by seeing a urologist. An exam and possibly a scrotal ultrasound may help figure out what’s going on. At that point, doing nothing, surgery or possibly draining the area may be options. Hope that helps.

If it's swelling that means it's growing faster than what ur skin can cacoon. Go see a specialist for this. It's gonna start getting painful in a stretchy stingy type of pain

i got one on the scrotum and its painless and small like a pea it dont bother me
