Cytoplasm & nuclei in the plasmodium of myxomycetes

It is amazing to observe the cytoplasmic shuttle streaming in the plasmodes of myxomycetes. I was wondering whether the nuclei move with these flows. This video answers that question.

This is absolutely amazing. I just found your channel...I have been obsessing over slimes since last year, and am lucky to live in a very wet area, so I have been able to find so many! I have so many questions, but no microscope (yet). I cannot wait until I can do things like this. Currently, I collect samples of slimes, after they have developed into their mature sporocarps, so that hopefully I can watch them under a scope. Thank you!!! I'll be watching the rest of your videos soon. Truly inspirational.
