You'd think the song is great just from the overall production and the vocalist, but you'd realize it's even better after learning the lyrics

I am not sure if the translation for 1:12 is correct, some suggests that the lyrics is "舞うような" instead of "魔王樣な", which means starting to dance or something alongside of that.

No, because then it would be inconsistent with the 貴族様 in the next stanza. In Japanese literature there is a thing called 對偶 which takes advantage of the rhythmic properties of Kanji to make stanzas link together in more powerful ways by using lyrics that sound alike. 舞うような does not form the beautiful pattern with 貴族様, but 魔王様 does.

@@アヤミ yea 對偶 is present in a lot of Asian literature such as poems and songs. The sole reason as to why I can understand a bit of Japanese is because of Kanji, I happen to know both traditional and simplified Chinese, but I am nowhere near proficient in Japanese when it comes to pronunciations, so I didn't catch that.

Brian thanks! I am a Chinese speaker currently learning Japanese as well.
