My scar 16 on suppressed setting is super sluggish with no can on. With the flow through can I’d probably keep it on normal setting. I have both a Bren 2 and Scar 16 and love both of them but the Bren hands down has the best FACTORY trigger of any rifle I’ve shot.

Buddy has a bren 2. I have a scar 16. Honestly you can’t go wrong with either. Bren has a much better trigger and is cheaper. However recoil impulse is much much lighter on the scar 16. Truth is anyone is going to be better than an AR 15

I have a BREN 2 14.5" in 7.62x39, i absolutely love it with the full suite of HBI acessories and an EOTech, still cheaper than a SCAR L. A brake and foregrip are basically necessary though, bolt velocity + weight + caliber gives it helluva kick.
