I watched a video on KZbin from "Military Arms Channel" where this guy puts it through its paces, using all different types of ammunition, submerging it in mud, water, etc., and it still fired like nothing. I think there may have been a stoppage or two, but mind you, an actual soldier, officer, etc. would never abuse their weapon like this, so it's pretty much guaranteed to work under every realistic condition. They're also the pistols Lara Croft uses in the first two Tomb Raider movies (specifically the USP Match variant). And it was used by Vincent (the contract killer) in Collateral. Targets of Opportunity once the mission is complete these specs have to be calculations and everything all that a shooter does is the Logistics Orientation from the hand grip to the end of the stock can supplement carrying configuration look at the Geometry of the tail of the weapon you have max with of 2 inches and a length estimation of 11 to 14 inches look at the modulation of the system and consider the compass the range finder and you calculator then a survival kit knife first aid and fire starter inside the armature of the Body of the weapon you can tightly roll a wet weather poly material that is water resistant on one side sponge like on the opposite side then you can collect the dew and ring it out into your canteen

I wonder how this rifle compares to the new (for the US) SIG M7 battle rifle in 6.8 x 51? If made in the 6.8 cartridge will its barrel have the same round count lifetime? How will the action hold up? Once again the very ergonomic AR format WITH a piston driven action wins out over the dirty and hot direct impingement action. That's why I love my AUG.
@Gridlocked4 ай бұрын
It’s not only about the caliber, the M7 has a smart optic (XM157), which is unlike anything seen before on any other rifle.

Surprised that barrel straightening doesn't involve laser measurement in some way.
@robinireland8106 ай бұрын
Lasers can measure for sure, but human eyes (and experience) can pick up the finer anomalies. I’ve tried the same rig out with my AUG barrel and couldn’t see where the problem was. When the experienced guy took a look, it took him around five seconds to spot the problem area, tweaked it a couple of times and handed me a massively improved barrel. Deeply impressed.

This is a rather well produced documentary with clear information and good entertainment value. That being said, it also looks like a PR campaign to show germans that the bundeswehr is able to protect the country from Vladimir Putin should Trump wins the US elections and the US leave Europe to its own mercy.

What is H&K doing in a piston gun that Carl Lewis at lmt didn't do a decade before, as KAC and LMT were damn near one in the same in the early years of the war on terror due to lmt sub contracting sr25 parts for Reid Knight. What does a 4-5k H&k get you that a JP LRP in 6.5 or 7.62 that the jp didn't spank the shit out of in the military trials..... ohhh yeah the brilliant germans kept the T charging handle 👌 👏 one of the shitty charging handle was deleted by John Paul on his large frame gas gun as it seals the upper and allows for the jp rifle to have a side charger on the left side of the receiver---- BUT--- the US military in all their wisdom said that wasn't part of the contact specs and submission requirements. Despite the fact every prs shooter state side can tell you that for 5k their is no comparison get a jp, got more cash get a geissele mrgg as that is what Socom just picked 6.5k , want military reliability but only got a couple grand get a LMT MWS just like the British military, the mws and lmt has FAR more military contracts than hk and they dont price gouge or hate their customer not to mention lmt rifles are ambi, barrels can be changed by the end user and you can have a barrell spun up in any cal of your choosing, and oem barrels can be bought in DI and Piston variants- what options does hk give? Oh yeah just the 1 they want to set their machines for max profit, not max end user capability ( as many LMT rifles now go to military contracts from Estonia, UK, Australia, New Zealand, the list goes on.)...... your stereotype about the Germans doing everything better isn't always true, they just always have high quality standards, but you will always pay for it in the price tag thanks to their dumbass politics and political policies aka almost 20% sales tax 😂
