This is bizarre, if you watch the Dangelico self published promo of this guitar, it sounds brittle and ice pick harsh. However here it sounds fat and lush. What are they thinking? Total self sabotage.

Hello anyone can help me: I am on the market for a D'Angelico Excel Style B the only concern I have is the fact that it has not a "Cutaway", the problem is that I do not have a possibility to try out one before to buy. So my question is: is so hard to get 15-20 frets ? I ask an advice because I know that exist the Excel-1 with Cutaway" but I think that there is a difference in sound (and in look) between them and I felt in love with the Style B...any advice is welcome, thank you and, of course, Wonderlful Player no matter what kind of style!!
