I think you are key to this team, whether on or off the bench. The inconsistency is there for the whole team not just you. Gabe shooting like 5 for almost 40 is criminal. I understand you guys need to build chemistry and trust but at some point I hope you are encouraging Gabe Vincent to not shoot the ball because it hurts the team a lot. I hate seeing you guys having a wide-open shot but swing the shot to him knowing that shit aint gonna go in. His hustle and Defense is great. That should be his role, not shooting. Hey DLO, i know you may not see this. But bro Im a huge fan. Here’s a reason to keep your head up (im sure someone has shown you this but I need to make sure) (1) you are a +70 in plus minus on the season. This is the highest on the team BY FAR. when they moved you to the second unit, your presence followed and the second unit now has a higher plus minus than when you were starting. THATS A HUGE REASON WHY YOU ARE THE BEST LAKER ON THE TEAM. When I say best, I mean the laker that affects winning the most. Rui is around +30 and dalton is close behind. Idk if jj reddick knows that or not. Now, plus minus isn’t the end all be all stat. Particularly if the sample size is small, plus minus is an unreliable category to rely on. But we are close to 10 games now. Here’s why plus minus is important. All the criticism about you being bad on defense, not hitting shots, literally GOES AWAY because plus minus is how much the team wins WHEN YOU ARE ON THE COURT. Be blessed brother. Us true lakers fans want true lakers (players drafted by us) to succeed WITH US. God bless

You can easily and should be averaging your season numbers in the playoffs if not step it up. Play with more effort as well, at least from watching sometimes I see carelessness.. and I get it. I agree with minimal parts of this but by god D'lo is not the main problem on this team. Gabe Vincent and Max Need to go way before this man. Gabe being 5 for 40 is CRIMINAL dude should not even think about shooting the damn ball ever. JJ's shoot more 3's approach should not be taken by him, No doubt. His defense and hustle is good but damn when Gabe shoots he hurts the team. LA needs to prioritize dropping Max before Gabe. His game speaks for itself, its time we give up on him. D'lo is a catalyst even when he has an off night. The inconsistency is there but it could be said for everyone on this team. I think D'Angelo fits well here and contributes enough. He is better utilized of the bench though because our bench is literally soo bad aside from Dalton. I think Rui would be really good off the bench as well but sadly no replacement. I wish we were playing Quincy because he seems like a very good choice but we dont see what they see hands on.
