Beautiful story! I lost my dad, and my dog "chopper" who I had for 12 years in 2023. I got a puppy "Sasha" from a flea market when they put her in the back of a pickup truck on a freezing cold rainy day. I paid $100 to save her from that pickup truck situation. Then two months later I got a puppy "Kiko" from a dog hoarding situation. I miss my father & chopper so much but having Sasha & Kiko does help soften the pain. I admire what you are doing!

"A lot of people spend money on things that don't matter. This matters". Love this and what you're doing. Also, in my area (PNW) there are rescues full of large dogs and some tiny fragile dogs but it's hard to find medium sized dogs like the ones you've saved.
