Somewhere in the deep jungle, where the moons light slips and shrinks, the trees and plants grasp, and where all hope is drained from you, lies the ancient city of dread. The necropolis so consumed by the landscape itself that its horrors meld with the brush. Omu it is called, though none who have dared search to find it have ever returned.

Here's some food for thought: There's a good bunch of evidence that animals alter behavior based on changes in barometric pressure (that happens just before bad weather/storms). In short: birds rarely sings before and while it rains.. Anyway, pretty solid soundtrack, thank you for sharing~
@MichaelGhelfiStudios5 жыл бұрын
Noted for upcoming ambiences. Thank you! Though I wonder if it's true for tropical places, since rains come fast and stops fast.
@theSkyRunner545 жыл бұрын
@@MichaelGhelfiStudios From what I understand it really goes with atmospheric pressure change: if the pressure change is really big, the effect will be more pronounced. I assume, if the day is really grey they'll sing a bit less, if the rain is transient it might have very little effect too. I'm not an expert, so can't answer accurately, however I noticed because it felt a bit odd while listening. I used to work a lot outside: I assumed rain would be coming when bird began to get quiet.. When it gets really quiet and windy, I'd prepare for a thunderstorm and when bird started to sing again I knew the worst of the storm was done and clear time was about to get there.. Not ultra accurate because there's other reason for birds to sing or not, but it worked when I paid attention. It kinda make sense animals would shelter themselves from storms.. In the end it is no big deal, the soundtrack is awesome, I just thought it might contribute to the "immersiveness" of the track
