@@ronaldmullins8221 I don't mind the puns. Its mostly the bits when they interact with our local, now 1 armed, apprentice mage child when the feelings truly surge. It just feels so unbearable condescending and self righteous.

The DM is just doing such an absurdly good job just all over this. Absolutely amazing, I love all the things he changed and added to flavor this already great campaign to fit the party and create a real sense of constant despair on one hand but also a great sense of progression, growth and immersion. Truly it's this party's adventure and not any others'.

I am always blown away by these. The storytelling, voices, and well placed OOC quips. I am so jealous of your players.

No matter how many videos I hear it in, it makes me chuckle how Ben's voice turns so easily into Eric Cartman when he uses certain speech mannerisms

Gouda: that's sir Godfrey Me: hey, that sounds like one of my NPCs Goura: he's an undead from a paladin order Me: oh, it is one of my NPCs... (edit: he isn't a paladin exactly, but he is the commander of a Knightly order, my players scammed him)

This was one freaking sweet session! FYI, when our wild sorcerer summoned an unicorn with his wild magic my 8 intelligence barbarian tried to kill but it fled. My character swore to catch it and get his kill. Many sessions since that moment, Grrrom still desperatly tries to find kill that (or a) unicorn!

As someone who loves RNG tables like the wild magic system, this episode really hit the spot! This series has been fantastic so far, btw! I love how Barovia's been set up as this place that crushes everyone's hopes, because all the struggle makes the party's heroic comeback so much more satisfying. Can't wait to see these guys take Strahd down, hopefully without TOO many allies & party members dying in the process! :)
