Honestly Viktor reminds me of my Kobold pc named Ori. he's a cleric/ dragon ancestry sorcerer. He was in a temple and more or less worships bahamut. due to him having silver dragon blood, he's silvery white in nature with blue eyes. He's also what I like to call true neutral in carnate.

Fawning and people pleasing, or just making assumptions about the wants and needs of others, is bad for the person doing it and annoying AT BEST for everyone else.
