A little trick for Jay's first-aid training, get hydrogen peroxide to clean and sanitize flesh wounds instead of alcohol will clean better with less pain and less expensive as well. Black or aged fermented tea like Pu'er is warmth(aka Yang) while green tea is cool(aka Yin) in terms of body metabolic balance.
