Not sure what the definition of enjoyment.. may be there are burdens in raising kids with high expectations but that is only when you set expectations on the outcome.. Of Course, In India basic necessaries like Education, Health care etc are commercial and Govts (at least in AP Mr CheaterBN) are not encouraging the public sector education, health sector and promoting pvt parties to loot the common man... Each bond in your life gives some kind of emotions/feelings attached to it with your life and the one with your Parents & Kids is somethings special which can not be earned by any of your defined enjoyments... In America, Govt provide free basic compulsory education (upto 10+2) and affordable healthcare and accessible welfare (depends on the income level) to the people.. People like to raise their kids as natural as they are and don't set any targets..

DINK culture is correct or not depends on each individual choice. If you know the responsibility of family, wife , children then okey, ready to scarifies the little thinks okey, if you are irresponsible do not want to take any scarifies this DINK policy is correct. so many people doing marriage and have kids but they are unable to give good education, facilities who don't have sufficient money and financial support better to follow DINK culture.
